Through town hall meetings, executive support and utilizing change management processes, our efforts—including new technology, employee engagement surveys, business partners, self service for employees, enhanced processes and elevated skill sets—helped transform the culture of 1750 employees from “the manual to the modern,” resulting in greatly enhanced service to employees and more efficiencies for the utility.
